Hab grad ein bißchen nachgeforscht:
Es gibt einen Wodka Spezialisten: Desmond Begg, der ein Buch herausgegeben hat. Ich zitiere mal ein paar Auszüge (wiedergegeben von www.beerliquors.com):
Absolut Wodka
=========
"Very neutral on the nose with just a touch of cereal aroma and a hint of alcohol. Very good mouth feel, dryish in style but with some very light hints of caramelization. Just touches of needle from the alcohol. Sweetish but rather short on the finish. I maintain that this makes one of the finest vodka tonics in the world, perhaps because the mouth feel of the vodka lends a bit more weight to the mixture that other, lighter vodkas. Alternatively, put it in the freezer to drink ice-chilled when it becomes thick in texture, smooth, and very dry."

Finlandia Wodka
==========
"Crystal-clear with a clean, pure bouquet in the best Western style, but pungent and quite spirity even when bottled at 75 proof. Smooth on the palate but with a definite dry, almost salty bite. Excellent, clean aftertaste. Mixes well but is also good enough to drink straight, preferably from the freezer."

Finlandia Cranberry
============
"Brilliant dark pink in color with mauve and orange tinges. Lovely bouquet of real cranbarries with slight medicinal undertones. On the palate, very fruity and quite sweet but with no trace of the slightly bitter tang of fresh cranberry juice. Surprisingly waxy in texture with an outstanding balance of fruitiness, acidity, and alcohol. It gives a long lingering flavor in the mouth. I am not persuaded by the producer's suggestion that it can be mixed with other fruit juices such as orange or grapefruit as I find the flavors clash or smother each other. But it does make a wonderfully original and very refreshing long drink when mixed with tonic and ice. As this is undoubtedly one of the best and most honest-flavored vodkas on the market why not drink it straight and chilled? Alternatively, it is a lovely sipping vodka for after dinner."

Absolut Vodka Peppar
==============
"This has an amazing and very distinctive bouquet of Mexican Jalapeno chiles. Thickish in texture, very smooth with an initial sensation of sweetness. This does linger on the palate but then the fire lights up, pushing it into the background. The fire continues for quite a time on the tongue -- and some people will find it a bit hot. This is a fascinating vodka, very well flavored. I have given it a high rating, which some people will disagree with, but I was, after all, born in Mexico!"

Belvedere Vodka (Polen)
==========
"Strong whiff of toffee on the nose. Sweet and cloying on the palate with strong caramelization. Some alcohol burn. Powerful finish in which toffee flavor predominates. This is an indifferently distilled vodka."

Krelowska
=======
"In my opinion this has the most pleasing nose of any Polish vodka, delicate, soft, and pure, with a lovely rye aroma. To begin with, sweetish and delicate on the palate, a little oily and silky without being cloying but it then develops some needle because of the extra strength, which i find a little aggressive. Hints of carmelization also begin to appear. Good rye finish. This is a characterful, very good vodka, which misses being outstanding by a whisker because of the slightly burned taste. Chilling it down subdues the caramel but the burn, which some drinkers will enjoy, is still evident."

Chopin
=====
"Beautifully soft and delicate nose. Good intensity of flavor in the mouth, smooth, and well balanced with the sweetness of the rye counterbalanced by a slight, background alcohol burn which is by no means unpleasant. Middle-length aftertaste. This is an excellent Polish vodka, expertly distilled, the type that first persuaded me that the Poles can make the best vodkas in the world."

Tanqueray
========
"This is a very superior vodka, packaged in a frosted bottle that exudes British understated elegance. Crystal-clear and absolutely clean on the nose without any hint of impurities. Slightly sweet and mellow and soft on the palate with outstanding smoothness coming from its third distillation. There is little trace of spiritiness until the finish. As clean and pure as you can probably get. Undoubtedly one of the great Western vodkas. Sip it neat straight from the freezer. Alternatively add a small dash of dry vermouth for a really memorable dry vodka Martini."

Gordons Wodka (USA)
==============
"Very, very neutral on the nose with just a faint hint of ethyl alcohol and no evidence of any impurities. Very rich on the palate but not at all cloying because of the dryness of the alcohol, which gives excellent balance. Very smooth -- wonderfully so with hardly a trace of needle -- a good mellowness, and big mouth feel. Particularly recommended if you like a richer, fuller style. Use in cocktails."

Smirnoff
======
"Has traces of cereal and alcohol on the nose and is a little richer on the palate than the 75 proof version, but still bears the brand's hallmarks of purity, smoothness, and lightness. So does the Blue Label, although as one would expect, it does have some alcohol burn when drunk neat. It is, however, a lot less agressive than that of many other brands bottled at 80 proof."

Smirnoff Vodka Citrus Twist
=================
"Very light on the nose, but clean and with an honest lemony aroma. Quite sweet on the palate and a bit one-dimensional in taste with a bit of alcohol burn. Good persistence of flavor on the finish."
