Alte Klassiker mit Tequila gesucht

Da ich ein großer Fan des Agavenbrandes bin, suche ich immer wieder nach Rezepten, die auch wirklich nach einem guten Tequila verlangen.

Neben Tommy's Margarita bzw. Margarita im Original bin ich bisher nur auf den Sazerac (mit Tequila) gestoßen.

Vielleicht kennt einer von euch noch unbekannte Klassiker aus der ersten Hochphase des Cocktails, gerne auch mit einer Angabe, welcher Tequila (Alter, Destillerie) eurer Meinung nach am besten passt.

Um gleichermaßen meinen alten Thread wiederzubeleben und etwas Sinnvolles beizitragen:

Tequila Old Fashioned
2 shots añejo tequila
½ bar-spoon agave syrup
2-3 dashes orange, lemon or grapefruit bitters (TBT or Fee Brothers)
Add syrup and bitters to an old-fashioned glass and stir. Add ice and tequila then stir well. Top off glass with ice and garnish with a strip of lime zest.
